The art of the leather hockey glove has faded from the modern game. With our Revival Series, we honor the iconic designs of the past- reimagining them for today's game and tomorrow's players.
What makes them special? You can't find leather hockey gloves anymore and we wanted to bring back leather designs similar to those used in our childhoods. Here are the specifications of our first batch of the Revival Series:
What's new? These are similar to our Frontier Series Genuine Leather (aged-look) gloves, but with modern sport leather and a custom lining for each glove in the series. This concept runs with stars in the lining and stripes on the four-roll. The palms are softest and most comfortable of any of our models.
Adult sizes: 13-15" with traditional glove interior, synthetic palm, and four-roll construction
The Leather:
- 100% leather exterior chosen for its durability, flexibility, and water-resistant properties.
- Similar leather can be found in work gloves, boots, and jackets which makes for one of our most nimble leather hockey gloves
The logo: The new script Third Assist logo is embroidered on the cuff with the simple TA circle logo embroidered on the thumb
The feel: A white synthetic leather is used for the palm and gussets to keep a traditional feel. It is our softest glove feel to date.
Note on sizing: These are modeled after early 00s four-roll designs so they are slightly larger than more modern tapered fits. If you're on the fence re: sizing, we suggest sizing down.
