We strive to make each one of our gloves unique whether it's in the design, materials, construction, or the function. Distinctive gloves kicked off the company in 2014 and in the years since we've aimed to create premium models you won't find others producing.

History of Third Assist Gloves
After decades of playing hockey on frozen ponds in Alaska we designed our first small batch of outdoor hockey gloves. We put them online this year, the gloves were picked up by and promoted by Gear Patrol, and we ran with our original model.

Could we make an outdoor hockey glove but sleeker? After running a crowdfunding campaign we were able to finally fund and produce this innovative glove lined with a cutting-edge material known as Reflhex.

We gained access to old-school hockey glove materials and special seamstresses who could construct gloves by hand. Why not try to bring back some of our favorite gloves from the 1980s?

The Pioneer model, but modern. After watching multiple Winter Classics in numbing temperatures we were inspired to take a spin on professional glove designs. Our first concept was inspired by the 2022 Winter Classic in Minnesota.

If a genuine leather work glove met hockey gloves from the early 20th century, you'd have this model. These are lightweight leather gloves padded and constructed similar to the original leather hockey gloves seen in the history books.

A modern indoor glove with a vintage aesthetic. We were taken by the distressed look of the Roosevelt gloves and wondered if was possible to apply the look with modern construction. Each glove in the small batch is unique due to the finishing process.
