Some of our favorite projects are our customized bulk hockey sticks. We have a lot of fun designing these as gifts for our customers. We thought it'd be cool to share some background on these custom bulk order hockey sticks, but also some of our favorite projects over the years.

Background

Back in 2018 we started offering custom single-order hockey sticks. The wood finishes were customized and the text, script, logos, etc. were all worked out back and forth over email. It was more of an intimate process, but a little slower. We sold through our website and Etsy.

Fast forward to 2022 and we were able to put together a relatively humble stick generator on our website and make this process a little smoother and easier to visualize for our customers. 

Shortly thereafter, we started getting requests for more custom hockey sticks, but in bulk. We consider a bulk order anything from 5 sticks to 500. We started getting questions "Could we make sticks for wedding parties? Companies? Teams? Even congressionals? We were willing to give it a shot and because of that, we've had some super cool projects over the years. Check some out below:

Bulk Order As Coach Gifts: These ones are pretty cool. An AAA youth program out of Ottawa asked if we could make gifts for all the coaches in their organization.

Bulk Hockey Stick Orders for Companies: We've done a couple orders now for Salesman/Saleswoman of the year. Our biggest bulk order prior to 2024 was in 2020 for 300 sticks for tops salespeople in a financial firm from MN. This order is a smaller order for a local United Rentals division.

Bulk Stick Orders for the NHL: This was one of the coolest projects of the last two years. We've done a couple projects for NHL teams and this one was for a local tournament put on by the Edmonton Oilers.

Custom Stick Order for Non-Profits: This was an awesome thank you gift we helped put together with a NHL alum. We've seen enough engraved sticks, now let's move on to screen printed..

Bulk Order Sticks for IIHF International Tournaments: This was a design we helped put together for the 2023 IIHF Women's World Championships. 

Bulk Stick Orders for Congressionals: This was one of our first large scale screen print jobs. We put together sticks for a client in DC and customized each nameplate for recipients. And finally let's go composite..

Team USA Bulk Stick Order: We have a talented graphic designer in-house who helped designed this USA themed stick, stars, stripes, Herb Brooks quote and all. Each stick was customized with a nameplate for the recipient as well.
