Growing up as kids we were instilled with the game in its most natural form. We can all remember layering up, shoveling the ice, and spending hours skating only to have our feet feel like bricks at the end of it all. We can all remember leaving the pond hoping to go back as early as possible the next day. The pond laid the foundation for our game, the creativity in our strategy, and the bond between friends. Pond hockey flows in the blood of every hockey player as hockey in its simplest form. This site is devoted to that game, and those who grew up with it in their blood.
At the end of the day pond hockey is just a game. At the beginning of the day pond hockey is just a game. However it is the entertainment in this game, and the amusement that it brings its participants that led us to create this site.
